The guiding vision of what success will look like for MASS is framed by the following attributes:

Through the use of technology, contract negotiations on behalf of clients, and the co-ordination of services, we will provide our clients with Single Point of Access for all of their waste management needs.
- Manager of Proactive Change: MASS will be attuned to future trends, changing regulatory and compliance requirements and ever-changing industry standards in order to manage these changes on behalf of our clients.
